Pijus Kanti Samanta

Dr. Pijus Kanti Samanta is an Associate Professor of Physics at P. K. College, Contai, Purba Medinipur. Apart from Physics, he is a passionate photographer and researcher in the field of history, culture, sculpture and heritage with special interest on bacterial revival of the marble architectures through carbonate regrowth. He has expertise on the development of science and technology inspired from the Indian Knowledge System (IKS). He has published four research papers and two monographs in this area.
