Indian railway workers walk down damaged rail tracks which connect Orissa with West Bengal after they were damaged by floodwaters in Midnapore, some 150 kms south of Kolkata on June 20, 2008. Chief Minister of the Indian state of West Bengal Buddhadev Bhattacharjee described the flood situation in the twin districts of Midnapore as 'very bad' with at least 25 people dead and some two million displaced.
