Garbeta
 

Garbeta/Garhbeta is a small town in the district of Paschim Medinipur in West Bengal, India. It is on the bank of the Shilabati. Gar in Bengali means a nullah since the boundary of the earlier town was surrounded by a small nullah so the place was named Garhbeta.Garhbeta can also be spelled as Garbeta.Some famous places of Garbeta are Sarbamangala mandir,Gangani-danga,silabati etc.
